Terms of use
Last updated September 7, 2026
These terms apply to proriderspringfield.com and to every class registration made through it. The site and the classes are operated by Ozark Rider Training LLC d/b/a ProRider Springfield, an independently licensed ProRider training site. By using the site or registering for a class you agree to them.
Who may take a class
Our courses are for experienced riders. The prerequisites and required gear listed on the home page apply to every class and are checked on class day. A rider who arrives without a street-legal, registered and insured motorcycle, without the required gear, or without a motorcycle endorsement may not be able to ride, so please contact us before registering if you are unsure about any of them.
Registration and payment
A seat is held for 35 minutes while you pay. Your registration is confirmed only when Stripe reports the payment as complete; you then receive a confirmation email from us and a receipt from Stripe.
Prices are shown in US dollars on the class calendar and on the checkout page. Promotion codes, when we offer them, are entered at checkout.
Please register with an email address you check: class-day details, location updates and cancellation notices go to it.
Cancellations, weather and refunds
If ProRider Springfield cancels a class (weather included), your payment is refunded in full and you are welcome to register for another date; we cannot reschedule individual registrations, so if you can no longer attend, tell us through the contact form as early as possible.
Motorcycle training happens outdoors. If ProRider Springfield cancels a class because of weather or range conditions, every paid registration for that class is refunded in full and you are welcome to register for another date. We cannot move an individual registration to a different date.
Refunds are returned to the card used to pay, through Stripe, and usually appear within five to ten business days.
Riding is at your own risk
Motorcycle riding, including training exercises, involves a risk of injury and damage. You ride your own motorcycle under your own control at all times, and you are responsible for it and for your own safety. Before riding, every participant signs the liability waiver and release presented on class day; a participant who declines to sign cannot ride.
Instructors may stop any rider whose riding, motorcycle or gear they consider unsafe.
Using this website
The ProRider name, logo and course descriptions belong to ProRider and its licensees and are used here under license. Please do not copy them, scrape the site, submit forms automatically, or interfere with the site.
The site may occasionally be unavailable. If a form fails, the message on the page will say so, and you can try again once it is back.
Limits of our responsibility
To the extent Missouri law allows, the total responsibility of Ozark Rider Training LLC to you in connection with a class or with this site is limited to the amount you paid for that class.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute is brought in the state or federal courts serving Greene County, Missouri.
Changes and questions
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date, and it applies to registrations made after that date. Questions about these terms go through the contact form.
