Ozark Rider Training LLC d/b/a ProRider Springfield ("ProRider Springfield", "we") operates proriderspringfield.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site or take a class, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us through the forms on this site:

  • Contact form: your name, email address and message, and optionally your phone number and the course you asked about.
  • Newsletter signup: your email address.
  • Interest list: your name, email address and the course you are interested in, and optionally your motorcycle.
  • Class registration: your name, email address, phone number, motorcycle year, make and model, and your confirmations that you hold a motorcycle endorsement, have the required gear and meet the prerequisites.
  • Payments: card details are entered on a page hosted by Stripe, our payment processor, and never reach our systems. We keep the amount paid, the date and Stripe's reference for the payment.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider records the IP address, browser and pages requested for each visit, and we keep IP-based counters for a day to limit spam submissions.

How we use it

To run the classes you register for: rosters, class-day contact, and confirmation and change notices by email.

To reply to your messages, and to tell interest-list and newsletter members when class dates open and when there is news about ProRider Springfield.

To keep business, tax and safety records.

To prevent spam and abuse of the forms.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

A small number of service providers store or handle data on our behalf, each only to provide its service:

  • Supabase (database hosting)
  • Vercel (website hosting)
  • Stripe (payments)
  • Resend (email delivery)

How long we keep it

Registration and payment records are kept as long as business and tax rules require.

Interest-list and newsletter entries are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Contact messages are kept until your question is resolved, and then as part of our business records.

Your choices

To stop receiving emails from us, to see what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, send a request through the contact form. We do not send marketing email from this site; every email we send is tied to a registration or to a request you made.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie it uses is a login cookie for the site owner's administration area, which visitors never receive.

Children

Our classes are for licensed motorcycle riders. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
